What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payments (XAF), mobile money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money), and bank transfers. Payment details and instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a one-night charge. No-shows will be charged for the first night. Please contact us directly for any special circumstances.
